HAEFELYFrédéric Dollinger has been a dedicated member of HAEFELY since 2012, based at the company’s factory in Basel, Switzerland. Starting as a Product & Marketing Manager and advancing to his current role as Area Sales & Marketing Manager, Frédéric has traveled extensively, engaging with customers worldwide to discuss and finalize various projects. This global exposure has enriched his expertise in application and product knowledge.
Frédéric regularly attends major international exhibitions and serves as a speaker at technical seminars and conferences, sharing his insights and expertise while empowering people about testing applications. Notably, he played a key role in the successful launch of the DTTS – Distribution Transformer Test System – in 2012, promoting it as a standardized test system with reduced cycle time.
In addition to his sales responsibilities, Frédéric manages all social media activities for HAEFELY, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to enhance the company’s online presence and engage with the industry community. His dual role in both sales and marketing showcases his versatility and commitment to driving the company’s growth. His passion for new technologies drives him to continuously explore innovative solutions and trends within the field.
His specialized expertise lies in transformer test systems and applications involving Electronic Power Supply (EPS) based technology, such as on-site cable testing with variable frequency. He is well-versed in both the American standard IEEE C57.12.90-1999 and the European standard IEC 60076 (and other related standards) for routine and type tests on power and distribution transformers.
Background: Frédéric holds a master’s degree in Mechatronics from the renowned French engineering school INSA, obtained in 2007. Before joining HAEFELY, he gained valuable experience as a Project Manager and Sales Manager at MiniTec Zurich.
