    Hyundoek Yoon has been working at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) for eleven years as a senior manager specializing in substation operation and management, emergency response, and troubleshooting. His main achievements include innovating substation operations, improving system reliability through the introduction of new technologies and automation systems, and leading key initiatives. He received an M.S. in Energy Policy from KEPCO International Nuclear Graduate School (KINGS) in 2022 and an MBA in International Trade from Anhalt University (Germany) in 2023.

    Jinwoo Kim has been working at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) for twenty years as a senior manager in condition monitoring technologies for substations and fault investigation. His main achievements include developing a comprehensive substation condition monitoring system applied to KEPCO substations and establishing its evaluation test technologies. He received an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University (Boston) in 2022.
