Sofiane Allou leads UTEC’s business development and R&D activities, combining his business acumen with technical expertise to identify new market opportunities, develop partnerships, and lead the organization’s innovation agenda. He transitioned from his role as the Operations General Manager with P&L responsibility, where he achieved the company’s turnaround, positioning it as a key player in the market. Prior to that, Sofiane spent over 18 years with global industry players—Schneider Electric, Siemens, and GE, in various commercial and technical roles across three continents, working with local, regional, and global teams.
