Poland’s Enea Operator to launch $111 M transformer overhaul
Polish energy company Enea Operator has signed agreements worth $111.1 M (zł444 M) with three transformer manufacturers to install 129 high-power transformers.

Poland, Łódź: US private equity outfit Highlander Partners has sold Polish power transformer producer ZREW Transformatory to R&S International Holding, a Swiss manufacturer of electrical products owned by Swiss GP CGS Management.
