Russia, Vladimir Oblast: Vladimirenergo installed new transformers at the 110/35/10 kV Bazovaya substation in Petushki.

The company introduced into operation six power transformers, gas-insulated switchgear and two 110 kV disconnectors with polymeric insulation, reports Energy Land.

The installation of the new power equipment by Vladimirenergo strengthened and enhanced the reliability of electricity supply. The new power transformers have a higher reliability, fire safety, are environmentally friendly and are expected to last for 25 years.

Bazovaya substation plays an important role in ensuring the transit of electricity between Moscow and Vladimir regions, as well as being an important centre of power for consumers in the city and part of Petushki area, one of which is a large plant for the production of roofing and waterproofing materials ICOPAL.
