Russia: The funds of RUB 1.8 billion ($48.8 million) are distributed to overhaul power transformers, substations and 1,600 km of transmission lines.
In 2014, the plan is to overhaul the 52 power transformers in 35-220 kV substations as part of the programme, reports Energy Land.
From the 15th September, Tyumenenergo will check the readiness of the power system for the upcoming autumn-winter period as well as prepare the staff by holding more than a hundred different exercises to test skills in emergency situations.
