Grey Hawk Solar is planning to build a photovoltaic solar energy facility off the west side of Route 66, with about 35 inverters, each of which will have a transformer to step up the electricity to an internal distribution voltage, reports Daily Miner.
The new plant would generate 70 MW, enough to provide power for 14,000 homes.
