U.S. Commerce reaches final decision on transformers from Korea
USA, Washington D.C.: On 4 September 4 2015, the U.S. Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large power transformers from the Republic of Korea.
USA, Washington D.C.: The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large power transformers from the Republic of Korea, whose preliminary results were published on 4 September 2015.
The review covers five Korean producers/exporters of large power transformers: Hyosung Corporation (Hyosung), Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (Hyundai), ILJIN, ILJIN Electric Co., Ltd. (ILJIN Electric), and LSIS Co., Ltd. (LSIS).
The period of review is 1 August 2013 to 31 July 2014.
The Department of Commerce has now issued final results of the review, which differ from the preliminary results, establishing the following weighted-average dumping margins for the period 1 August 1 2013 to 31 July 2014:
