Bajel wins transmission line contract from Adani Energy
Bajel Projects Ltd has been awarded an EPC contract by Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) for the construction of a 400 kV double-circuit transmission line.

India: Bajel Projects Ltd has been awarded an EPC contract by Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) for the construction of a 400 kV double-circuit transmission line. The project, 217 km long, will connect Raipur in Chhattisgarh to Tiroda in Maharashtra using Quad ACSR Moose conductors.
The contract includes the supply of goods and services and is slated for completion within 18 months from the issuance of the letter of award. The company said that the agreement does not qualify as a related-party transaction, and no promoters or group entities hold vested interests in AESL.
