Croatia, Dugopolje: The Dugopolje Solar Power Plant, with an installed capacity of 10 MW, has officially been connected to Croatia’s national grid, marking a key milestone in the country’s clean energy transition.
Developed as a turnkey project in partnership with HEP-Proizvodnja d.o.o., the plant adds significant renewable capacity to the region and supports national efforts to increase solar energy production.
The facility comprises 23,452 solar panels, each precisely installed to maximise efficiency and contribute to a more sustainable energy system.
The project reflects Croatia’s continued investment in renewable energy infrastructure and underscores the role of strategic partnerships in accelerating the shift toward cleaner power generation.
With the Dugopolje plant now fully operational, it will contribute clean energy to the grid, helping reduce fossil fuel dependence and support Croatia’s climate goals.
