Bulgaria: ENPAY has completed the implementation of SAP S/4HANA at its Shumen plant in Bulgaria, with the system going live on 1 May. This follows the company’s first rollout of the ERP platform at its Kullar plant in Turkey, which occurred just four months prior.

The move is part of ENPAY’s broader effort to unify its operational systems across regions using SAP’s enterprise resource planning technology. SAP S/4HANA is designed to streamline core business processes by enabling real-time data access and analytics on a single platform.

The implementation at the Shumen site was supported by SAP partner Solvia Digital Solutions and local consulting firm Deloitte Bulgaria. According to ENPAY, the successful transition was made possible through coordination between internal teams and external partners.

ENPAY’s adoption of SAP S/4HANA aligns with a growing trend of manufacturing companies leveraging integrated digital systems to improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and scalability. The implementation timeline at both sites suggests a strategic push to modernise infrastructure across the company’s facilities in a relatively short period. Further system rollouts or upgrades at other ENPAY locations have not yet been disclosed.
