Croatia, Zagreb: The Supervisory Board of KONČAR, based on a proposal from the Management Board, has adopted the consolidated business plan for the KONČAR Group for 2025. The plan for the coming year is grounded in the backlog, which is expected to exceed €2.1 billion by the end of the year. Total revenues for the KONČAR Group in 2025 are projected to surpass €1.1 billion. Exports will continue to dominate sales revenue, expected to account for more than 70% of total sales. The European Union will remain the most significant market, though growth is also planned in all other regions. The largest individual export markets will be Germany, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands.

“Further implementation of the European Green Deal and investments in decarbonization projects, renewable energy sources, electric mobility, and digital transformation have generated strong demand for electrical equipment, rolling stock, and investments in rail infrastructure and digital solutions. These are all areas where KONČAR has proven to be a reliable partner. Based on this, ambitious goals have been set for 2025 — further increasing revenues and profitability, investing in technology and developing new products. CAPEX is planned to exceed €80 million,” emphasized Mr. Gordan Kolak, President of the KONČAR Management Board.

In the new business year, KONČAR expects to continue achieving excellent results. The company’s goals are to advance the transformation to strengthen its global presence, to invest in expanding production capacity, equipment, and new product development, and to invest in people to position KONČAR as a desirable employer in its industry.
