RESA Power has announced the acquisition of Orlando-based MP Predictive Technologies, strengthening its NETA-certified field services and expanding statewide operations.

USA, Florida: RESA Power LLC, that specializes in power systems electrical testing, transformer services, and life extension solutions for power distribution equipment, has acquired MP Predictive Technologies (MPPT), an Orlando-based firm known for predictive maintenance and diagnostics. This move significantly grows RESA’s presence in Florida, adding to its current sites in Jacksonville and Plant City.
Founded in 2018 as a family business, MPPT has evolved into a NETA-accredited leader in electrical testing and asset management. The acquisition marks RESA’s continued investment in field service excellence and regional expansion.
