Voltamp Transformers to supply transformers to Adani Power
Voltamp Transformers has received a purchase order worth INR 41 crore ($4.8 million) from Adani Power for the supply of various ratings of distribution transformers.

India: Voltamp Transformers has received a purchase order worth INR 41 crore ($4.8 million) from Adani Power and its subsidiary Mahan Energen for the supply of various ratings of distribution transformers. The scope involves design, manufacture, testing and supply of distribution transformers as per special terms and conditions of the purchase order. The contract must be executed within a period of 12 months.
The company manufactures a diverse range of transformers such as oil-filled power and distribution transformers. It also produces resin-impregnated dry-type transformers, 11 kV Class in technical collaboration with MORA, Germany, and cast resin dry-type transformers, 33 kV Class in technical collaboration with HTT, Germany.
